I'm Holding This Space
because my own Sacred Release journey began in October 2023 as a personal practice of deep introspection and devotion. To my surprise, powerful emotions surfaced that longed to be felt and processed.
What started as a commitment to myself, honoring my womb, my body and my spirit, quickly revealed itself through the powerful shifts I experienced in my own life. As I witnessed the clarity, freedom, and renewal that came from this journey, I felt called to open the path to others. A circle of women.
This Sacred Release is my offering, a space where women can walk together in remembrance, healing, and release.

What to expect…
In The Sacred Release, you’ll receive guided rituals and practices like meditation, salt baths, and womb dialogue, along with journaling prompts for deeper reflection. We’ll gather in community through nine live Zoom circles, and you’ll have access to videos and resources to revisit anytime, helping you carry this journey into your everyday life.
